Main Role:
Building and Maintaining an Online Presence: Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to build and maintain the company's image.
Increase Brand Awareness: Create interesting and informative content to increase brand awareness and attract relevant audiences.
Generating Leads: Using social media to find and engage potential prospects who could become clients.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and discussions involving the company to build closer relationships with audiences.
Responsibility:
Content Management: Create, schedule and publish relevant and interesting content according to the company's marketing strategy.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report results and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales and technical teams to ensure consistency of message and strategy.
Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs to develop an effective social media strategy.
Paid Advertising Management: Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach and lead generation.
Qualification:
Experience in Social Media: Knowledge and experience in managing corporate social media accounts, especially in the B2B sector.
Strong Communication Skills: Good writing and communication skills to create engaging content.
Understanding of IT Security: Knowledge of the IT security industry to create relevant and accurate content.
Creativity and Analytics: Ability to think creatively in generating content ideas and analytically in evaluating campaign performance..
